About The Role

Take2 AI is looking for a Founding Demand Generation / ABM Lead to become part of our founding team. We are on a mission to reinvent how companies recruit & train talent for high-volume sales roles. We’ve recently closed our $3M seed round from world-class Future of Work investors.

Our leadership team is comprised of Stanford GSB alums, our advisory board is comprised of HR leaders from VISA, Disney & Google, and we have an exit under our belt.

In Terms of Experience

Role Overview:

This role will involve working closely with the founding team to develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and demand generation programs that drive qualified leads and accelerate revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying key accounts, orchestrating multi-channel marketing campaigns and strategies, and collaborating closely with our founders to close these leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement ABM strategies to target HR & sales leaders within key accounts.
  • Build personalized marketing campaigns that engage and nurture decision-makers.
  • Create and manage multi-channel campaigns (including email, paid ads, social media, and events) to generate qualified leads.
  • Analyze data and optimize lead generation efforts to improve conversion rates.
  • Align marketing efforts with the sales team to ensure a cohesive account-based strategy.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Design “outside the box” approaches to lead generation.
  • Join our founders in relevant conferences.

Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of experience in demand generation, ABM, or Growth marketing.
  • Proven success in creating and executing ABM strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Experience selling to HR/Sales team is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.

⚠️ The Problem

There are over 1.4M open sales roles in the U.S. each month, most of them are high-volume sales roles such as call center sales, field sales, inside sales and in-store sales.

These roles are extremely difficult to hire for:

  • Hard to infer skills & fit from resumes → Heavy reliance on interviews & gut feeling.
  • 100s of job applicants per role → Countless hours reviewing & interviewing job applicants.
  • Misalignment of job expectation → Mis-hires that churn shortly after being hired.

The result is very negative and costs companies billions of dollars each year - 1 in 3 salespeople churn each year, 3x more than any other occupation.
